Executive Assistant, Laci Management

Location: Virtual (position that can be conducted from any part of the globe as long as you have internet access)
Availability: Full/Part Time
Salary: Negotiable

Reporting to the CEO, The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the President.  The EA is the primary point of initial contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the President.  Second to this, you will maintain administrative systems for Laci Management including human resources, and projects.  

• Calendar Management; Scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements
• Meetings Management; Scheduling meetings, meeting agenda distribution, taking minutes, & preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Communications Management; maintaining a directory of contacts for the President, answering calls & taking messages, sorting & responding to emails, and typing documents

• HR Support; Scheduling, signing timesheets, writing & posting job ads, interviewing, orientation training, performance reviews, tracking expenses, payroll drafting Employment/Contract Agreements
• Other Function Support; Creating strategic reports, tracking budget, managing invoices

• Administration; working knowledge of Business functions; Projects, HR, Finance etc
• Strong Organisational, ensuring accuracy and quality of work
• Time Management; Multi-Tasking, prioritizing
• Problem Solver; self motivated; takes initiative, can work independently, anticipates needs, performs routine and non-routine tasks

• Excellent Coordination Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent Computer Skills; typing, word, excel, and powerpoint
• Excellent English both verbally and written
• Confidential; managing and reviewing high level or confidential correspondence

• Certificate, Diploma, or degree in Business
• At least 2 years experience assisting a top Executive  (Business functions experience in projects, and HR an asset)
